Comes with two packages:

The Herbs - Calendula, yarrow and lavender

The Minerals - Epsom salt, magnesium chloride and sea salt

To prepare site bath, fill basin or shallow bath with warm water.

Steep 1 cup of herbs in hot water, add to bath water.

Add in 1 cup of mineral blend.

Soak for 20-25 min.
